George Carlin Artpark Lewiston, NY July 27, 1997 Taped and mastered by }{eywood Transfer from 1st gen cassette by Bones420 Lineage: Cass (1) > Cool Edit 2.0 (wav @ 16/44.1) > flashdrive > plugin enhanced Adobe audition 1.5 (WNS, EQ, peak limiting, splits & fades) > Xrecode II (flac 8) Taped from the lawn in front of the open-faced mainstage with a recorder I have no memory of. The master cassette disappeared many years ago, and I had thought the show was lost, but Bones420 recently informed me that he still had his copy, a 1st gen from my master. To top that off, he had already transferred it to digital wav file. Presto, the file as in my hand and I was reliving a moment in my life I had thought was gone forever. Thanks, Kev. A mix of material from his previous couple of HBO specials "You Are All Diseased and Back In Town. I went through the scripts for these shows and titled the tracks on this show to match what is on the official releases as much as I could. 01 Intro 02 People I Can Do Without 03 Phrases 04 Capital Punishment 05 State Prison Farms 06 Little Things We Share 07 Farting In Public 08 Self Promotion 09 Sexuality 10 Feminist Blowjob 11 Naming Things 12 Free Floating Hostility
The date of this show is actually 1997-07-24. I noticed this when adding the show to my tapelist, at which point I realized I was taping Queensryche on 7/27 and couldn't be both places. I then looked up and corrected the date
